Hi all Relatively new to CFE so I have yet another quoetisn about programming workouts.I run and am therefore a single-sport athlete. I thought I grasped the concept of CFE's workouts, but I'm confused with the endurance workout for today (Thursday) and the one posted for tomorrow.Unless I'm missing something, the endurance workouts for both Thursday and Friday are the same. I realize the days of workouts depending on being a single-sport or multi-sport athlete, so I assume I am supposed to perform today's endurance workout today (again, Thursday). However, the same workout is posted for Friday's workout as well. It still reads SS Thu for my workout, but I am confused since it is listed under Friday's entry.Any guidance is appreciated. And for what it's worth, it may be worth modifying the format in which workouts are posted. Perhaps adding a calendar format (or even downloadable file) a week in advance with all the workouts laid out would make things easier for users.

Kitties should be slim, not round! Overweight and obese cats are at much heghir risk of developing heart disease and diabetes, among other things. If you want your kitty to live longer and healthier, he/she should maintain an ideal weight. The second link below describes how to assess your cat's body condition score (BCS). This will help you determine if he/she is overweight. Indoor cats are rarely, if ever, underweight. The first link can help you put your cat on a diet and exercise plan. You should discuss this plan with your vet because overweight cats who lose weight too quickly can develop liver disease and become very very ill. Some vets will tell you to simply give them less food, but this may result in a hungry, agiatated kitty. You may want to try reduced calorie, increased fiber foods to help kitty feel full. Talk to your vet. Figure out what works best for you. Good luck!

That depends on the form you use, and which moethd you use.Doing push-ups with your knees as a pivot point is different (easier; less weight) than using your feet.Where you place your hands is another factor. The main thing with bodyweight exercises is that you are moving your body through space and thus getting an excellent workout. It translates to lots of real world' strength.Focus more on making progress with bodyweight exercises, and less with how much equivalent weight you are pushing.

I want a rough estimate to how many ndupos of muscle can I build with just bodyweight exercises if you are weak to start off with them. I am overweight and I'm planning on building some muscle and losing fat from bodyweight exercises. Will I be able to get abs and a defined, muscular body just by doing bodyweight exercises? When I say defined, muscular body, I'm thinking maybe 25% of the muscle Arnold Schwarzenegger had when he was bodybuilding.

Is this a fucking joke? Seriously, you can't even do half of these ltorecrcy. On the flying squirrel, the superman pushups with the bag, and the tornado you don't even do anything because your feet are so out of position your going hurt yourself more than help anything. What does doing a pushup and spinning in the air help with. Not a fucking thing thats what. If your a personal trainer or something I would consider a new career because you are a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I've always done this, and can oicfnrm it. I've gone through long periods of little exercise due to busy school schedules while eating quite a bit, and my friends always ask me how i have six-pac abs. I consistently flex my stomach muscles in the way that he advised. I mean, who wants to let their belly hang out all flabby like anyway?(:
